Hello nan40,

We understand what you are going through right now, feeling discomfort and hoping you can recover your device.

Let us try to provide you with the SmartThings Find feature in the SmartThings app that will help you locate your missing phone.

SmartThings Find will scan for your devices and even show you a map with detailed information, including addresses and timestamps. You can also share device information with other Galaxy phone users so a friend can locate a device for you. If you need additional tracking options, you can connect to Find My Mobile within the app as well.

Below are some of the options you can use in order to locate your stolen device.

1) Registered Device.

https://findmymobile.samsung.com

2) Access your device using Samsung Account:

https://account.samsung.com/membership/intro

3) Report to NTC in order to block your device using IMEI. Refer to website for requirements.

Hope you find the article here useful and your device be recovered.

Hi there. It is difficult to trace unregistered phone in find mobile app. The possible way to locate it if you have CCTV where you think someone stole it. Then tell your family, friends, and relatives get updated that your phone with simcard was stolen. Then I suggest get a new phone to communicate to your peers that you have a new cellphone number due to stolen old phone.

Hi there. Even if you are signed in in samsung account, you will not be automatically signed in to find my mobile if you did not turn it on sir/ma'am.
