When i upload pics to stock photo site they lose clarity & detail in process, can i change a setting or do something that uploads the same quality as I see them in my gallery

Most sites process photos by compressing it, so it is up to the websites you using I guess.

Exactly. Try tu resize them before upload. FB for example compressing every photo more than 900x1200 (or something like that, I don't remember exactly)
