Hi, i have a question. When i try to play youtube with the highest resolution (2160p), suddenly it changes by itself to 480p, and i cannot try to change back to 2160p.
My phone is samsung A52 4G.
Does this issue happen because of my phone or because of my internet data?

Video resolution depends a lot on network bandwidth. Have you tried it with high speed broadband?

Not yet, ok I'll try with my unifi. So it's related to network not phone, am i right?

It's highly related to your network strength/bandwith. Connect to wifi and check. You should be able to watch YT on the highest resolution.

Pls check your internet network...
No Fiber Optic connection can give a promise to customer...but there is a solution out there for slow connection or buffering issues and so on...
