Power off your phone once in a while (atleast a week or two). Beacuse its atleast gonna expand the RAM more...this also helps the phone to take a nap.

I understand. In my case I set it at a time when am in deep sleep. 😁 Every Sunday at 3am. So my phone is refreshed on the first day of the week 👍
