problem with touching the screen

hello, so dalawang beses ko nang na-encounter magka prob with toching my screen. like hindi sya nag rerespond when im touching it. if im not mistaken it was yesterday and today, its not the type of lag eh since nag ttype pa rin sa screen ko yung ka-chat ko and it looks like its working fine naman but the problem is i cant touch or control. my hands arent sweaty and there are no cracks on the screen. idk if ako lang nakaka-encounter nito.

Same ginagawa ko restart tapos minsan nawawala yung upper part ng notification bar
