Hi @Gabs1011, what device do you have? Different devices have different capabilities of QR code scanning.

Hi @Gabs1011, thank you. For the A11, QR code scanning is not available through the camera app. You can instead use the QR Code scanner in Samsung Internet. To do so: launch Samsung Internet >  ☰ (in bottom right corner) > Settings Customise menu > drag QR code scanner from grey area to the menu.

If you'd prefer, you could also instead download a third party QR code scanner.

Hope this helps!

Or use Google and press the camera logo. Once it you can select TEXT NUMBER ETC.Screenshot_20210902-000153_One UI Home_7474.jpg

Have tried a few apps and found the victorian goverment app eazy to use. Open app, tap on check in and the camera will open up. Press check in and the app will do the hole lot for you. The app will ask if this is the right place and enter your details. There is a toggle that will save your details and will send the same infomation all the time. Only took me a minute or two to complete the first set up. Hope this helps

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. The camera app doesn't appear to have the scan qr codes option. Any suggestions apart from having to download another app?
