How does "Speak seamlessly" work?

When waking up Bixby, you usually have to wait for its cue before you to start giving out commands.

Eg:

"Hi Bixby, *wait for the sound* I want to take a picture".


Meanwhile, if you have Speak Seamlessly activated, you can just say your command after the hotword.

Eg;

"Hi Bixby, I want to take a picture."


So basically, when it's on, you can just seamlessly say your command and not wait for it to start listening.
