Galaxy AIf you really want to disable it, then use either adb or a package disabler.
Read the ⚠️ about disabling System Apps.
I have disabled some, but I know what I'm doing.

Galaxy AThe only way to remove a System App is with Root.
An app that is disabled with adb, or a package disabler, is not visible to the system, it will not receive any updates. It is not the same as disabling an from Settings.
The only way an app disabled by adb or a package disabler, is to Factory Reset, use adb to re-enable the app, or use the package disabler to re-enable the app.

Galaxy AHi, Quick share is an embedded part of the sharing menu, and cannot be removed.
You could try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines to the right of 'Your apps' > Show System Apps > OK > Quick Share, and deny all permissions for the feature to see if this helps.
