Is it me or the ram plus feature for my phone isnt working properly or even most of the other samsung users having these issues,

My phone Can Reach up to 4gb Vram So it means 4Gb Ram + 4Gb Vram is supposed to act like 8gb ram.. I know Vram Is much slower than dedicated ram But This one Ist working well than most of the other brands that has vram either.. Like (Oppo's) Mid range phone that has 4gb ram and 4gb vram, my mom has that and she can keep up to 10 apps open Over a 4gb ram phone? But mine Couldn't even open 2 apps and the animations is stuttery..

Weirdly enough When I changed the Vram to 2gb ram... Laggy animations is GONE i mean gone... and apps can now run mostly 3-5 apps I dont know whats the issue here but I hope The ram plus would get optimizingly fixed.

I'm using Galaxy A12 (A125F) and didn't encounter any problem regarding to RAM PLUS

I have 4gb physical ram and 4gb ram plus and it able to hold up to 10 apps in the background with a little lag or delay while switching apps

What's the model of your device anyway?

I do have Samsung A31, which is had better performance, but the ram plus kills it... It made the ui sluggish than my old samsung A20, After one ui 4.1 the a31 became Terrible ... But I noticed that Disabling ram plus Helped my phone to run well

I had the same issue. I turned it off and my phone performs much better now. I suggest you to do the same. It seems that this setting only lowers the performance. That's because enabling VRAM mostly uses the vram which is slower. By disabling it, you force the phone to use the real RAM which is faster and gives you better performance. By turning it to 2 GB you made it so the phone can't use more than 2 GB of VRAM so it uses more of your real RAM. You better disable it to force your phone to use the whole real RAM.

I have the same issue. I have s20fe and (maybe I don't understand how this works) it but I think of whatever I'm adding from ram plus, the total ram should be 6gb.

I tried adding an additional alarm widget and it says my memory is full. Likewise when I try to upload a file into an online form - same message.
