Last week I used to have blue bubbles in the Samsung Messages app, but now, RCS is only available in the Google Messages app. I don't like that application, and I need to set it as default Messages app to be able to open Messages there and use RCS. This is frustrating.
Sounds like Carrier Services is something made to support RCS in the Google's Messages app, which doesn't need it already, as I have Google's Messages installed and it works like a charm.
The problem is that Samsung Messages, which worked just fine until past week, has troubles with RCS now.
As suggested by people in forums, I'll disable RCS for at least 8 days to see if it is a server issue with Google detecting that my phone has made some kind changes continously.
Did you check if any APN is missing on mobile networks? Before, I tried everything to be able to use RCS on Samsung Messages but nothing worked because my operator did not support it, you tried another number to see if it works?
