RCS no longer available to Globe Users

I just visited Globe Store to ask bakit di na gumagana RCS ko and apparently, may restriction daw si Globe including RCS kaya always setting up lang yung status. Both prepaid and postpaid accounts of mine are no longer working for RCS.
