Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

A) You can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Sensor/Touch" & "Display".

Step 4. Describe each problems in details and SEND.

B) Self-Diagnostic check on the Samsung Members app.

Check the status of your device with the Samsung Members app Diagnostic tool. You can select the individual categories you would like to diagnose or run a complete diagnostic check. After the diagnostic is completed, you can select the corresponding icon to see the results and status of your device. Follow the steps below to start your diagnostic check. 

Step 1. Run Samsung Members and select Get help on the lower half of the screen.

Step 2. Tap View tests located under Diagnostics.

Step 3. If you would like to run through all of the Diagnostics checks, tap "Sensor & then Touch screen".

Step 4.Your Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.

Step 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.

Step 6. When necessary, you may need to manually run or interact with the corresponding function.

Step 7. If preferred, you may check specific Diagnostics and tap them directly to begin.

Step 8. For individual diagnostic checks, you can view your results after the check is complete.

Wala naman ako na encounter na bugs after update ng A03 ko. Smooth po siya...

Sana all sakin po kc .. simula nung maupdate ko kakainis na .. ingat na ingat pa nmn ako tpos pag update lng pla ang .. makakastress sakin .. di nmn na pde ipadowngrade

Binili ko to march lang kalalabas lang sa market ng A03. So far so good naman tlga.

Paano ba ito maayos?. yung samsung Ao3 ko kasi nag loloko yung multi touch at pati narin yung spam touch, kapag nag lalaro ako ng rhythm games yung touch nya di gaano mabilis mag response, paminsan di pa sya nag napindot ehh kahit yung multi touch nya ay 10 multi touch. At sa muliti touch, kapag binitawan ko yung daliri ko sa left ng screen habang yung right finger ko naka dikit sa screen kapag binitawan ko yung left, yung right hindi na sya makakapindot pero kapag binalik ko yung left finger habang yung right finger ko ay naka hold sa touch screen bigla nalang sya mag reresoonse yung right side kapag yung left finger ko ay naka dikit sa screen. may solutions paba dto sa Samsung Ao3 ko?
