After the update to One UI 7, my phone suddenly became "Device is not certified" in Play Store settings and because of it, I'm not able to sign-in to apps like ChatGPT. I have tried all the ways to troubleshoot but nothing worked. My phone status is Official, never have been modified nor rooted. Am I the only one having this problem?

Edit: Found out a06 users from the Philippines are having this same problem (many just haven't noticed it yet). Samsung, release a fix for this.

Have you tried factory reset? That might be fix

I want to try but it has to be the absolute fix or I'll risk not being able to sign-in to apps that require using my Google account making my phone useless. Tried uninstalling Reddit, wasn't able to sign back in. Scared to make things worse.

No it doesn't make worse if you have plan to send to service center the first thing the technician would do is to perform the factory reset if nothing happens then they will do the second move.. so if you can do it yourself then have it reset.

Same here. Even after I factory reset my phone, it doesn't work.
