SAMSUNG A10S KEEPS ON RESTARTING

Hello, I just wanna ask what to do if my phone keeps on restarting after an update? I already reset my phone but it is still restarting. 

Another problem is that since I reset my phone it means that I don't have any apps but my phone keeps on saying that my storage is full and it shows -21.49 GB /0B what do I need to do?
