Ok so my A10S sound is LOW. When I receive a notification, the music I'm listening just gets loud (its actual speaker loudness) and it sounds lower than before (before android 11). Notification and Ringtone plays on its maximum loudness. While on media, it plays for like 60% volume.

The notification volume is set at 50% and it sounds normal. Same to ringtone, it's lod at 80% volume. While on Media, it'sat 85% yet it only plays like at 50% volume.

Try to check your media volume limit.

If you upgrade android 11 try factory reset your phone but first backup in SD card or other phone your apps in your documents

Does this already happened before you use the ADB? or after you use ADB? Cause I read in the comments in XDA that some users are having problems because they delete/disable an app related to some function and all they do is find and re-install that certain app, which fixes the problem for them.

Since ringtone and notification sounds are okay, and only the media have a weak sound, maybe its a bug.

Did you already tried testing the media sound in Safe Mode?
