Nararanasan ko rin po ito sa aking Samsung A11 mula nung nag update po ako around September. Kapag hindi po siya mapindot ay kailangan muna talaga siyang ilock tapos pagka on po parang walang nangyari (Back to normal na lahat then mauulit ulit maya maya). Wala rin pong damage ang device ko. Hanggang ngayon po ay nararanasan ko pa rin po siya. Hindi ko po alam kung bakit, hindi naman po ito naipit o naapakan o kahit ano. Baka po may komento o suhestyon kayo ukol dito. Maraming Salamat po!!

kailanman hindi ko yan naranasan sa more than 2 years old na device ko na #galaxy A10. that device is the succesor of my phone after a10s. try to reset factory settings maybe it is a software issue.

Hehe, if nakasave po ba sa sd card ko yung mga apk na installed, mabubura din po ba yun?

hindi po as long as nasa sd card nka save and make sure to removed the sd card first before resetting. thanks
