Samsung A12, Some Issues!

I was wondering:

•Why I can't seem to access 'DATA FOLDER'   from 'FILES'.

•And I can't take 'SCREEN SHOT' with "POWER BUTTON and VOLUME DOWN".

You can't access data files on Android folder since your device is updated to Android 11 or later

So starting Android 11.....your device have a scope storage system that prevents users (you) to access some sensitive data such as those folders

If you have Android 11 and later on Samsung devices, you can't access any data files in the Android folder.

About the screenshot, try pressing and hold the power and volume down buttons. Is the power menu appearing?

BTW, what variant is your A12? A125F or A127F?

You can't access the data folder because the scope storage system prevents you from accessing it.

Can you try a screenshot? If it still doesn't screenshot, try launching the power menu by pressing and holding power and volume down.

As for the screenshot, yes only the power menu appears.

Try restarting your phone. My screenshot in A12 Nacho (A127F) works.
