Samsung A31 touchscreen

Does anyone with Samsung A31 having touch screen problem when the phone is in landscape? The screen cant detect the touch or slide well when in landscape, but totally no problem when in portrait.

1. You can try to clear cache and restart your phone. 

2. You can go to members app> get help > Self interactive test > Touch screen.

If the issues persist, you can make an appointment to service center to check.
