I’m here to help, aarongartwelve😊 To fix the quality issue, try checking for any software updates on your Galaxy A34 5G, and make sure you have enough free storage. Closing unused apps running in the background might also smooth things out. Hope that helps!

My software is updated and there are no background or unused apps running but still the same. My Samsung A34 5G is brand new so it still has a lot of free storage

Hi aarongartwelve,

To add-- have you set your screen recorder to capture in 1080p? Make sure you have - you may be recording at a lower resolution than you want. You can do this by going to your Quick panel, tapping on Screen recorder, and setting your video quality to High (1080p).

Let me know if this helps

Hello aarongartwelve,

I think it may be due to personal preference - the stock screen recorder app still compresses the video to a certain extent even at 1080p, leading to less-than-ideal video quality at times.

I suggest trying other apps that provide lossless screen recording through the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store, and find one that works for you.

Thanks very much, and hope you figure this out soon.
