When A5 2017 can update Android 9 pie version?

The A5 is not getting Android Pie

Launched with Marshmallow (Android 6) and all Samsung devices get 2 OS upgrades so the last OS upgrade was Oreo.

This is also the reason why the S8/A8 won't get Android Q as they launched with Nougat (Android 7).
