SAMSUNG A51 MEDIA SOUND NOT WORKING AFTER OCT 12 UPDATE

After the update yesterday ( October 12 , 2021) the media sound of my samsung galaxy A51 are suddenly not working. I can't watch videos, i can't play musics and even voice recording. Please help me. Im lookinh forward to your response tia!

Never mind that, the problem came back after successfully testing it on a call 😫

I've successfully factory data reset my phone and it works. The speakers are now back to normal

Is it the soft reset or the hard one?

I only did the Reset All Settings instead of the Factory Data Reset. Seems to be working for me for now.

Does your apps and accounts reset too?

They didn't. So far I only noticed my theme, keyboard, and ringtone went back - just the basic settings maybe.
