I just bought a brand new Samsung A51 2 weeks ago . The phone was overheating while charging, and the surface of the phone was extremely hot, I can’t switch on the phone after that. I’m using Samsung original charger and cable to charge it.
The phone already sends back for warranty, but I’m worrying the “overheating” issue will persist and cause safety issue.
Really disappointing with this new phone, kindly take this matter into serious matters.
hey,heating while charging is normal.if heats too much then remove the case and put it in a cool place or turn off .if problem continue then visit service center .
