Samsung A52s 5G Blurry/Poor quality Videos and image.

Hi Good Evening. 

Have anyone notice the quality of video and picture is poor, blurry while watching online and offline vid and pic. even the signal is good? 

I been experiencing this kind of issue since i baught this phone. 

I ask my friend who have same model and the quality is good. Hes phone running Android 11.

I think this because of Android 12 UI 4.

I done hard reset same issue. I want to rollback the update from Android 12 to 11 but no available option.

Is their anyone have a solution for this or any suggestion?

Did you try cleaning the lens?

Hello sir. Lens is good. Actually the issue is Blurry Image and Video Poor quality.
maybe this is the bug of android 12.
I gonna report this issue tomorrow Samsung service Center.
I gonna request also to downgrade the OS to 11.
Will feedback if issue fix.

Hi Update.

I reported the issue to Samsung service center.
Really disappointing. I explained the issue and what initial troubleshooting I've done
They don't know how to downgrade the OS.
They just recommend to re-program the unit and I OKAY with it.
I expect that they gonna reflash the firmware but hey just hard reset the unit.
which is I already done in other word they just redu my troubleshooting.

re-program for them is hard reset in general term.
And they just advised to observe the unit for 3 days.
Issue still desame.

Bring it to a Samsung Service Center again, to replace the camera lens.
