Samsung A53 5G 1441 minutes Lock

My phone lock again for 3x now. it has been only 5 months since I purchased this phone. Customer service always do some factory reset. but after a few months it will lock again I don't know the reason? Should Samsung replace my phone or what? I need answer please. Help me. Philippine area here.

It might be a bug. Try factory reset without restoring your data.

Naka ilang punta na din kasi ako sa samsung  customer service. naka ilng soft reset na sila. may chance kaya ito palitan pag na ulit ulit na ganitong issue? kasi sila din mismo nag sabi sa service center na hindi daw nila alam ang cause at bihira daw ganitong issue sakin.

if persist maximize your warranty ang bring the unit to nearest authorized samsung service provider

consult the service center back what will be their recommendation,better have them furnish the report and contact samsubg support via phone or chat
