I've always liked samsung but something is wrong right now. I purchased a samsung A70 last year November through Freedom Mobile. I CHOSE IT OVER THE IPHONE XR. Early this year, it stopped charging but i was able to fix. Same thing happened again after a few weeks and I still fixed it. I ordered for a new charger which i got. Then it still happened again and i still fixed. IT HAPPENED AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME and I sent it over to samsung directly and it was fixed and sent back to me. After a few weeks, MY PHONE STOPPED CHARGING, THE MIC AND SPEAKERS STOPPED WORKING, THE PHONE STOPPED DETECTING MY SIM CARD. Then i sent it back to them again but i saw a quote saying i needed to pay CA$500 to get it repaired because they found an INTERNAL physical damage. What's to say the INTERNAL damage didnt occur due to the constant opening and closing of the phone and apparently, i cant replace the phone too. Right now I'm paying for a phone that im not even using🤦🏾♂️.
