To access the Recovery Mode starting One UI 3.0, you need to plug your phone into a computer or insert the included USB-C headset into your device and press the Volume Up + Power Button for a few seconds.

Ok. I told you to wipe cache partition. Now, you can't? Are you plugging it in PC or Type-C earphones while pressing and holding Volume Up + Power?

Hello ,

We are here to help.

In order to have  a smooth recovery mode, please ensure the following.

1)  > 85% Battery Power

2)  Strong Wi-Fi Connection

3) Back-up your Files to (Memory Card and/or Samsung Cloud, Google Drive, etc.)

Recovery Mode steps:

1) Press and hold the power button, tap on Power off. The phone will turn off.

2) Once the phone is completely off, press and hold the volume up + power keys at the same time for 5-7 seconds.

3) Follow on screen messages.

4) Wait a few seconds, and the phone will go into recovery mode.
