Samsung went back on their words and didn't replace the speaker, eventhough they promised to do so in the first place. . They say they clean it and want me to test it out. Issue persists. And worst they dented my phone........
They promise to replace the frame and glass....but at this point.......I really dunno if they will do it or not. Since they dented my phone, God knows if they drop my phone or not. Really hoping for a replacement but so he insist that they do not do replacement at all, only repair.
