Galaxy AHi, MariaJosefaReyes!
First of all, check if your Samsung Cloud storage reached its maximum capacity. Every Samsung account gets 15GB of Samsung Cloud storage. You can check the breakdown of your storage space by signing your account to the Samsung Cloud storage.
You can also try logging in with your Samsung Cloud account again. To log out of your account, you can go to Settings > Cloud and Accounts > Samsung Cloud > click the three-dot icon and select Settings > tap Remove account. After this, you can just log in to the app itself and try to back up your data again.
If this troubleshooting step didn't work, you can also try clearing the cache and data of your Samsung Cloud. Then, access the app again and try to back up your data.
Hope these quick fixes can help you with your problem. Thanks!
