This usualy happens when the internet connection isn't stable. I'm not saying your internet is slow but it is one of the several factors why an update fails.
Another factor to consider is battery, storage, etc.
In most cases if those 3 mentioned are good and still fails, best to drop by a Samsung Authorized Service center and have it checked.
