Guys I need your help, I've been trying to log in from my finance app since I avail my Samsung A55 thru Samsung Finance. But I can not log in because it wont receive an otp. And I was not able to pay. I've been trying to reach samsung customer support as well the store but no response. My due is on November 1, and I am afraid that my phone will lock If I can not pay on time. Also the additional fee. Any advice?
