I couldn't get Samsung Free working on my One UI Core device, but it is preinstalled on my One UI device. So you might not have access if your phone uses the One UI Core system.

From the video I'm still confused which phone had the Samsung Free, but I agree one of those two phones indeed have Samsung Free. Maybe both!
