Hello po. Sino po ba dito may meron Galaxy a21s na naka Globe Postpaid since 2020?Meron ba kayo software update? Anung android ver. ba kayo ngayon at One UI ver.?

Really sure wala masyadong naka carrier locked dito. Kasi mahirap updates dun sa carrier locked na phones.

My s10+ and Note20U5G is carrier locked but never had issues receiving updates.

Talking about the A series by the way. Because they have to sign it to that specific service provider just to roll that update to the specific phones. And they just focus on the flags. I saw her phone's version, it's still stuck at One UI 2.5

As you are already aware that software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone or tablets - they keep things running smoothly. They also help improve the user interface, enhance security, and remove minor bugs. Samsung recommends updating the software whenever a new version is available, so you can make sure your device stays in tip-top shape. 

And just like KyauSana says, its hard to tell whether the carrier-locked phone units available updates can be readily rolled out similar to unlocked phone units.

But don't worry, there are so many ways to check whether your phone is entitled to receive any new updates.

Firstly, you have to ensure that you have created a back-up for your device, sufficient storage space, enough memory, and strong wi-fi connectivity. 

Now, you may check if your device can be updated as follows:

1) Check latest Software updates : Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download, if available > Install > Follow On-Screen messages.

2) Check/Download Samsung Members app. Any available features and notifications regarding new updates will be available there.

3) Contact your Globe Customer Service to ask for any updates that are available to your device as per plan, such as the latest Android version.
