So I just got this phone on December 2019, and after a few months the charger that came with my phone is not working, so I tried to use another adaptor, which is from a Samsung Galaxy a10s, and everytime I charge my phone, there is a notification saying that my phone is charging slowly, I should use the charger that came with my a30s, but that charger is not even working, what should I do? I am facing this problem for months now, and it is very disturbing!
Try buy a new charger for A30s. That happens the Third Party apps could interrupt while its charging and other issues such as Faulty Cable, charger and socket, Dirt or debris in the charging port and software update required. If the charger doesn't work, Buy a new one.
