Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 - Screen light up when notifications

Hello,

I reset my Samsung A5 parameters and I want the screen to light up when there are notifications. I went into the parameters to check ''Notifications on locked screen'' and it was enabled. Is there another parameter somewhere? The screen and buttons were lighting up when there were notifications... I want this back

Hi josi2271,

I suggest you to also check in the notification settings that "Show on lock screen"( Display notifications from the selected app on the locked screen) and "Show content on lock screen" (Display the content of notifications from the selected app on the locked screen) are enabled or not.

The Notification settings you want are under Settings > Accessibility > Advanced Settings > Flash Notification
