How to Boot to Recovery?
Plug In your device to a computer, And turn off your device.
After that press Volume Up and Power Button until the boot screen shows (hold it for 3 seconds and let it boot)
Then wait for a second. Now that you're in the recovery mode, You have to navigate using volume buttons. You should see Wipe Cache Partition option there.
Choose it using Power Button.
After that, choose yes.
Then you can now Reboot
