ako lang ba po or medyo laggy yung naging outcome nung update sa device ko? is this normal? tsaka medyo ambagal mag open ng apps lalo na tong members

Okay naman sa akin, though kami yung naunang naka receive. Have you tried clearing your phone's cache?

Or try first on the app's cache that you used nung nag lalag. Settings>Apps>Select your App>Storage>Cache=Clear.

You can submit a report of errors through Samsung Members app.

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2.Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category. Tap "Settings/System" & "Application".

Step 4. Describe each problem in details and SEND.

Try wiping cache partition, I always do this after installing software updates.

Turn off your phone.
Plug your phone to a PC/Laptop.
Press and hold Power and Volume up button at the same time.
Navigate using the volume keys, select Wipe Cache Partition using the Power button.
After wiping, select Repair Apps to optimize all your apps, then you're good to go.

*Wipe Cache Partition will not delete any personal data or apps, it will only delete system cache.

+1 ako din always Wipe Cache and Repair Apps after every update kahit na security patch lang.
