Thank you, for letting us know about your inquiry here about your Samsung Galaxy A53 5G having slow while opening Samsung Members apps and device lagging issues after an update.
You can submit a report of errors through Samsung Members app.
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2.Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category. Tap "Settings/System" & "Application".
Step 4. Describe each problem in details and SEND.

Galaxy ATurn off your phone.
Plug your phone to a PC/Laptop.
Press and hold Power and Volume up button at the same time.
Navigate using the volume keys, select Wipe Cache Partition using the Power button.
After wiping, select Repair Apps to optimize all your apps, then you're good to go.
*Wipe Cache Partition will not delete any personal data or apps, it will only delete system cache.
