Samsung Members App No Content in the Benefits Tab

I have a Galaxy A52 5G and I cannot claim the free Viu subscription because of this. Anyone who was able to solve it? I already tried clearing cache, reinstalling, amd making sure it's in the most recent version but nothing works :(

I did log in/log out and nothing happened. I already did majority of the troubleshooting you guys have mentioned. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you!

Already did all those including factory reset my device and still its blank. I don't experience this on my previous Galaxy S8+ device. Please help us since one of the reason I bought this device because of the benefits.

Maybe the benefits will show up when all the ongoing promotions have expired 😅😅 what a scam.
