Samsung Messages RCS feature

I don't like Google messages app. But it can easily set up its chat features. However in Samsung messages this is what's happening. It says Registration failed. I'm currently on One UI 4 btw.

Does anyone experience this too? How did you solve it? Thanks.

Samsung messages app has a good potential but hey it's a shame i cant set up its most important feature which is the chat features 🙃

I guess it's carrier dependent.

I don't think so because I'm using Smart. Ur using globe but u cant register to it too

I read the S22 lineup has google messages as its default messaging app. Maybe it's time to switch?

I have the same problem as you by the way. Switched to Google Messages to save myself the frustration.

Not sure but mine is working since android 11 (currently in android 12). My phone is s10+ uisng a globe sim.

Frustrating talaga sya, im a globe user and rcs is not working whereas sa google messages ok naman sya..pero pag gamit ko smart sim ok naman sa a71 ko..mas gusto ko sana samsung apps lang gamitin kesa sa mga third party apps..
