Samsung Rubbished System update

Bought Galaxy A31 several months only. Can't update November system update. Reported many times to Samsung support but they never reply.

Rubbish Samsung! Won't buy Samsung again!

However, you can manually download firmware on the same website: https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
