UPDATE: Saw another post about it not being available for the A53 like I have and it look like I had to clear the Samsung Pass cache as well as the Store's to get it to force the update.

Yeah, I only had to Clear the device Cache from Recovery, and Samsung Pay as I outlined earlier.

Is there a reason why my S22 Ultra can't get Samsung Wallet but every other phone can?? Is it a carrier thing also?

If it's actually the case that the S22 series is the ONLY device that can't update Samsung Pay to Wallet, the only thing that I can think of, is that the S22 series needs to be updated to the January Security Patch. 

This may also explain why the S22 series is still waiting for the January Security Patch OTA?

I've got friends in the US, who have both the January Security Patch OTA & Samsung Wallet.
