I saw a post here in the Samsung Members community about his A52 having screen discolouration, like bars and all. Then, I also experienced my screen having discolouration. Its distorted for a moment then came back to normal afterwards. I experience it once in a while and it bothers me because its a very new A52 5G. Tonight, I was scrolling to the community feed and saw one A71 user who reported the same issue.
Please report using the "Get Help" button or call the customer service hotline. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon for you and our fellow members! Thank you for being respectful in raising your issue!
And there's still no response? Have you tried calling customer service?
Here's my suggestion: when it happens again, try your best to capture it. Even if it happens momentarily. Then, take your unit to a service center and show them.
