Screenshot Instantly Freezes My Phone!

Every time I take a Screenshot, my phone immediately freezes.
When the phone is frozen, I can't tap apps, scroll, or interact with anything in the middle of the display. The Screen Capture Toolbar that usually pops up at the bottom never appears.
I cannot power off or restart the phone using the standard software menus because the screen is unresponsive.
The weird part, despite the middle of the screen being dead, I can still swipe from the edges to go Home, access notifications and quick settings, and open the Edge Icon of the assistant menu.

The only way I've found to unfreeze the screen is to use the Screenshot option within the Assistant Menu to repeatedly take screenshots. Keep doing this until the Screen Capture Toolbar finally manages to appear on the screen. As soon as the toolbar appears, the phone instantly unfreezes, and everything works normally again until the next screenshot is taken.

Encountered that one also. I panicked a bit since can't even turn off the phone to reset. I used Screenshot shortcut button combination VolumeDown+Power off, the UI got cranky can't do anything. Only fix is to take screenshot once again.
