How to turn my screenshots into hd? Or even just clearer? I tried changing the lic format from png to jpg and vice versa but still the pictures are kinda blurry. Help me

.png or .jpg are just different in photo compression method. They don't affect the clarity of the photo.
Please upload an example here for us to see anything goes wrong.

I checked back and i noticed the screenshot pics in gallery are in good quality but when uploaded to whatsapp the quality turns bad

Whatsapp use quite extreme compression ratio on the photo uploaded to the chat.
Try set the photo upload quality to best quality in Whatsapp setting. It might improve a little bit only 😅.
Whatsapp > Setting > Storage & Data > Photo upload quality

"when uploaded into whatsapp" so from what i understand, u noticed that the picture resolution is degraded when you are trying to send the pic to someone is it?

to preserve the quality of the image, try send it in file format.

click the clip icon > document > browse another docs

there, you can send the image or vdeo file w/o losing their ori quality

Select the image file you want to send through this 'Document' selection option. It will send the picture file as is to the recipient without compressing the image. What u see is what they get.
