So today I got a new phone, Samsung A20s, and I wanted to enable the secure folder to use it I saw it doesn't exist on the phone. I tried downloading it from the Play Store, it says "this update isn't compatible with your version". Why is this? I have Android version 10 currently, so I don't understand why it is not supported on this device.
If anyone could answer my questions it would be highly appreciated.
What happens is that the secure folder is only for those devices that have the possibility of installation in their user interface. Unfortunately the A20s do not have that possibility. Samsung devices that end in 's' have lower features and sometimes like this, they lack some features that do appear in others.
