Secure Folder

I discovered that samsung A20 and A20s have secure folder in it but A21s doesn't, A20, A20s, and A21s supported with samsung knox and secure folder is one of its features why does a21s doesn't have secure folder in it?

and also galaxy a10 too have secure folder

You just have to activate it. Turn it on in the drop down menu.

but i cant still find it theres no option

Have you tried to reset your phone? Do that first and then check back.

yes but its still the same as before

You can also try to go to settings->biometrics and security->scroll down and look for secure folder

This should hopefully activate it for you.

Have you updated your phone recently? Because you can check YouTube and you'll see multiple videos showing secure folder on an A31. You're the first I've heard talk about this.

Have you tried reaching out to samsung help so they can schedule maybe a manual reinstallation of your firmware again?
