Selfie Camera Issue on Samsung A31

Anyone here who has issues on the selfie cam of Samsung a31 after upgrading to Android 12? The photos display excessive brightness once photos are taken. Can it still be fixed by Samsung? :(

Aside from wiping the cache partition of your device, you can also reset the Camera settings on your phone. You can check the article here for more information: https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-troubleshoot-camera-app-errors/

Thanks guys! I appreciate your suggestions. However, I don't think this can be fixed on my end. The Android 12 update did enhance the brightness of the screen and I think it affected the camera too. I just hope that the May or June 2022 security patch becomes available soon, maybe this could fix the issue.

I had the same issues too. I just lowered the brightness very low before taking pics. it gets the job done
