SHUT DOWN BY ITSELF

Am i the only one who has problem on samsung A50 it shut down by itself its so annoying 😭

If auto restart is not turn on automatically then maybe you need to observe your phone's behavior first and then identify what could be the possible problem your phone is encountering. If you really want to fix that issue, you can troubleshoot your phone by yourself or ask for assistance in service center near your place.

after updating android 10 it always like this it restart 3x a day 😔

As what other suggested.

Head to Settings - Device Care - Click the 3 dots and make sure that the auto restart is turned off.

Factory reset else go to the service center.

do a wipe cache partition first

i did that too but it doesn't change a thing after that i reformat it but still didn't change a thing 😔
