Smart Switch Update

If I update my phone through Smart Switch, will I still be able to update later on through OTA? Or will the updates be dependent on smart Smart Switch? I also heard that Smart Switch makes your phone's battery drain faster once installed and can't be reversed after uninstalling.

yes, you'll still receive OTA updates kahit mag update ka thru Smartswitch. Same update lang tho minsan mas nauuna sa Smartswitch magkaroon.

Is it safe? If the cable suddenly got unplugged, how will I fix the issue?

I already tried this before. Should have no issues since it's still an official channel of updating your phone.
