Galaxy AHi boxer1012, please check that the devices are updated to the latest software and are on the same Wi-Fi network. Restart both the devices and make sure your TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone.

Galaxy AYou might need to enable Screen Mirroring on your TV first. Then your phone should probably see the TV.
Of course on the same WiFi network.
