Based on your description, it seems like a potential software bug or network-related glitch. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Restart Your Phone – A simple reboot may resolve temporary glitches.
2. Toggle Airplane Mode – Turn it on for a few seconds and then turn it off to reset the network connection.
3. Check Network Settings – Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and ensure the correct network mode is selected.
4. Reset Network Settings – Navigate to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings (this won’t delete personal data).
5. Update Software – Check if your phone is running the latest software version under Settings > Software Update.
6. Test with Another SIM Card – Insert another SIM to see if the issue persists, which may help rule out a SIM-related issue.
If the problem continues, kindly provide additional details such as:
* When did the issue start occurring?
* Does it happen in specific locations?
* Any recent software updates or app installations?
We recommend reaching out to Samsung Support or your mobile carrier if the issue persists after these steps. Let us know how it goes!
